LA Novadelox®

LA Novadelox® is a 32% concentration of benzoyl peroxide for bleaching flour and whey. Benzoyl peroxide oxidizes colored pigments, making flour whiter. This oxidation occurs in the dry state. Benzoyl Peroxide is also used in whey processing to oxidize annatto, which may be present in the whey as residue from the cheese process.

LA Zerolux®

LA Zerolux® is a 32% concentration of benzoyl peroxide for bleaching flour and whey. Benzoyl peroxide oxidizes colored pigments, making flour whiter. The oxidation occurs in the dry state. LA Zerolux® is also used in whey bleaching. Benzoyl peroxide oxidizes the annatto color, which is normally added during the cheese making operation.

Nutrivan™ Type 39

Nutrivan™ Type 39 is a blend of the B-Vitamins and ferrous sulfate. This product is used to enrich semolina and pasta, in order to meet US Standard of Identity for Enriched Pasta Products when used as directed.

Nutrivan™ Type 4

Nutrivan™ Type 4 is a blend of niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid and reduced iron. It is used to enrich degerminated corn meal, corn grits and corn flour.

Nutrivan™ Type 40

Nutrivan™ Type 40 is a blend of the B-vitamins and reduced iron. The product is used to meet US Standards of Identity for Enriched wheat flour when used as directed.

Nutrivan™ Type 540

Nutrivan™ Type 540 is a blend of the B-vitamins and ferrous sulfate. This product is used to enrich wheat flour to meet US Standards of Identity for Enriched Wheat Flour when used as directed.

Nutrivan™ Type 70

Nutrivan™ Type 70 is a blend of niacin, thiamin, ferric orthophosphate and folic acid and is used to enrich rice to the Standards of Identity for Enriched Rice.
