Eligibility: As an active Caravan Ingredients employee, you are
eligible for benefits provided you are scheduled to work at least
30 or more hours per week on a full-time basis. Coverage can also
include your lawful spouse and unmarried, qualifying children.
Effective Date: Benefits are effective the first month following
30 days continuous service.
